Terms of use
Rules for using the tuplansalud.es website and services
1. Acceptance of these terms
Accessing and using the tuplansalud.es website ("the website") means you fully and unreservedly accept these terms of use. If you don't agree with any of them, please don't use this website.
These terms may be amended at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are published implies acceptance of them.
2. What the service is
Tu Plan Salud offers users the following services through its website:
Comparison service
A tool that lets you compare different private health insurance plans available in Spain, based on your needs, preferences and situation.
Informational content
Articles, guides, comparisons and frequently asked questions about private health insurance in Spain, for educational and informational purposes.
Advisory service
Personalised advice from our team of health insurance specialists, free of charge and with no obligation.
3. The nature of the service
Tu Plan Salud is not an insurer
Tu Plan Salud is a comparison and information platform. It doesn't issue insurance policies, doesn't take on insurance risk and doesn't act as an insurance company.
Tu Plan Salud doesn't guarantee you'll be accepted
Presenting comparison results or recommendations doesn't constitute a binding offer. Actually taking out any policy depends on acceptance by the insurer concerned, which may request additional information or decline the application.
Information is indicative
The prices, cover, conditions and other information shown in the comparison tool and across the website are indicative. The final terms of any insurance product are those set out by the insurer in its policy.
4. Your obligations
As a user, you undertake to:
- Provide truthful, up-to-date information when using the comparison tool or the website's forms.
- Not use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or in ways contrary to these terms.
- Not alter, damage or disrupt how the website works.
- Not attempt to access systems, data or information you're not authorised to.
- Not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit the website's content without express authorisation.
- Not use robots, crawlers or any automated means to access the website without authorisation.
5. The service is free for you
Tu Plan Salud's comparison and advisory service is free for users. You will not be charged for:
- Using the insurance comparison tool.
- Receiving personalised recommendations.
- Asking our specialists for advice.
- Accessing the website's informational content.
6. Limitation of liability
Accuracy of information
Although we work to keep information accurate and up to date, Tu Plan Salud cannot guarantee that all published information is accurate, complete or current, particularly insurance prices and cover, which insurers may change without notice.
Service availability
Tu Plan Salud does not guarantee the website will be permanently and continuously available. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or technical causes beyond our control.
Your decisions
Tu Plan Salud is not responsible for decisions you take based on information provided on the website. Taking out any health policy is your own decision, and you should verify the final terms directly with the insurer.

The website may contain links to third-party websites. Tu Plan Salud does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or services of those sites.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms of use are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from use of the website, both parties submit to the courts with jurisdiction under current legislation, without prejudice to a consumer's right to bring proceedings in the courts of their own domicile.
